  • How far are we from the beach?

    We are 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk.



  • Are there restaurants with-in walking distance?

    Yes, both casual and fine dining.

  • Are there laundry facilities?

    We offer laundry services. Drop your laundry off by 11am each day and it will be washed,dryed, folded and returned to you. Any dropped off after 11 am we cannot gurantee a same day return.

  • How close is Pier 60?

    We are 1 1/2 blocks from the infamous Pier 60.

  • What if we arrive after office hours?

    We make arrangements for you to go directly to your suite on arrival and then officially register the next morning in the office.

  • Do we have to wait until 4 p.m. to check-in?

    Check-in is at 4pm. If you need early check-in or late check-out please contact us the day prior to see if the room is availble. We will try our best to accomodate you. 

  • Is there a pool?

    When available, we offer pool passes to the Clearwater Beach ‘Aquatic Center‘.

  • Can you hold my luggage if I arrive early or depart late?

    We are happy to hold your items in the office from 8am-4pm, Monday-Sunday.
